​Many women reach a point in midlife where the roles they’ve played no longer feel aligned with who they truly are.  There is so much changing around them, and continuing to operate in the same way isn’t working so well any more.

As a life coach for women, I help women who are overwhelmed, stressed, or feeling disconnected from themselves uncover the identity, confidence, and clarity they’ve been missing.

For decades, women take on roles without even realizing it:

In midlife there are so many life transitions

  • kids moving out

  • parents aging

  • our own bodies changing (hormones, menopause etc)

It’s hard to navigate all of the change.

 

We realize that the roles and changes are accompanied by lifelong expectations—from family, society, and ourselves.  We carry them like invisible backpacks.  They shape who we are and how we navigate the world.
And when we’re constantly trying to meet those expectations, it’s easy to lose our sense of identity.

Many women cope by:

  • adapting themselves to fit what others need

  • becoming who they think they should be instead of who they are

  • numbing their real feelings with busyness, caretaking, or perfectionism

  • putting on masks to get through the day

  • silencing their needs, desires, and truths

This is the silent story of midlife for so many women — and it leads to stress, anxiety, and a deep sense of disconnection.

As a midlife women’s coach, I guide you through the process of releasing:
