Meet Mary Beth

As a woman who spent most of her 55 years riddled with shame and unworthiness,  I’ve been on my own journey of discovering TRUTH (that I am NOT meant to feel shame and unworthiness), shining LIGHT on my gifts and talents, and finding POWER & PURPOSE in my unique story and experience. 

That journey included reading tons of books, many years of counseling sessions, and discovering the ability to move trapped energy from my body. 

My incredible journey (MY MESS) has turned into a desire to help others in their similar journeys with MY MESSAGE.  The core of that message is:

YOU ARE MADE FOR MORE

YOU DESERVE TO FIND OUT WHAT THAT IS & APPLY IT TO YOUR LIFE

In my coaching session with you, I partner with you.    Together we find power in your gifts, a purposeful way to use those gifts, and a more fulfilled life, encouraging you to show up in the world with confidence and boldness to be all of yourself, and not needing permission from anyone.
